Just wondering if you managed to look at the new parameter to the menu option - to have the option to not display the Renew Membership at the foot of the page?
You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site. Then edit the menu item, there are two new options to allow turning off renew and upgrade options on profile page
