Re-ordering Custom Fields

I have many custom fields.

As a post-thought...I would like to place a MESSAGE I have just created at the top...as an additional instruction.

It is on page 2.

How do I get it moved to the top position on page 1.

In the custom fields management screen, there is a filter dropdown at the right allow you to choose number of records per page

Change it to a higher number (For example, 50), then that field will be placed at the top. You can then drag it to the first position and it should work OK
