Changing subscription from pending to active doesn't enable/active within Joomla

I just testing out my installation. A users signs up and is left pending. As admin I go in and go to subscriptions, check the user and click publish. The status changes from pending to active. Within Jooma users the user remains NOT enabled and NOT activated.
There's only a few Membership Pro plugins enabled (membership Plans content plugin, Installer - Membership Pro, System - Membership Pro).

The version is 2.10.2, Joomla 3.8.2

That might depends on the settings on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can check your setup and guide you to correct it
