PayPal payments going through wrong account.

We've changed the PayPal payment mail address in the payment plugin but for some reason the payments for new subscriptions are going through the old PayPal account.

How can we change this...?

Change it in the subscription plan itself. Each plan has a parameter called PayPal Email. By default, it is empty and the PayPal account you entered in Paypal payment plugin will be used

When you enter it in the plan, the account in the plan will be used instead of the account in the payment plugin

That's an option.

The payment emails in the plans were all blank so we updated the global email and for some reason the payments were STILL going to the old email address.

Any thoughts as to why...?

I have no clue about it. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to subscription form

I will check to see why it happens and guide you to correct it
