I can find where can translate field / add traslation to custom fields.

Hello
If you want translate/change title of custom fields, then please go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, click on the field to edit and change the title from there

Ok, I can translate exemple in French.
After that, if you have a multilangguages website ?
Exemple : I would like a to translate custom fields in 4 languages?
Where a,d how can do that ?
In other words, I would like 4 forms with each custom field translated.

Yes. You can translate the custom fields to all languages you want if your site is multilingual, see
membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/multilingual

Hello,
I found in the help before post here.
As you can see on my screens, this not the same for me.
I have 4 languages installed. French is default.
I have only 1 tab with english ...

You will need to create Content Languages (Click on Content Languages link, guess you only have two at the moment)
