Error OSM_INVALID_MEMBERSHIP_PLAN was created by Kevin
I have installed Membership pro 2.11.1 on my Joomla 3.8.3 installation. I have done the basic configuration, created a category, created 2 plans. I created a menu item of type "Pricing table flat layout". When a user clicks on the menu item, it displays the plans, but when someone clicks Signup it gives the error OSM_INVALID_MEMBERSHIP_PLAN.

I am new to joomla and your plugin. Let me know if you need any more information. I will private message you the website and a super user login if you are able to check it out.

I actually do not see a private message option on this forum. How can I securely send you a login to my site?

Actually I think I may have figured out what was wrong with my config. My website was configured to have SEO friendly URLs. See attachment. I have disabled that and now it seems to be working just fine.

Look like something wrong with SEF configuration on your site. Please note that when you have URL re-writing set to Yes, you will need to rename the file htaccess.txt under root folder of your site to .htaccess, too

Could you please check and make sure you did that?

You can click on Submit Tickets menu item on our website to submit a support ticket to sending us information. We will need both super admin and FTP account to check and configure SEF on your site if needed

I am trying to set up the subscription form and am getting this error when (in the memu item options) I set to 'Selected Plan'.
If i select an actual plan in hti soption, I do get the form displayed.
Any guidance appreciated

Hi David

That's actually, an expected behavior. You need to select a plan in the parameter to have subscription form (of that plan to be displayed)

If you want to allow users to choose plan, you need to user a different menu options, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/frontend-items/plans

BTW, could you please check and confirm your email kevin@alkavidainc.com is a valid email? Our website could not send notification email to that email for some reasons
