Membership pro sends mail to (very) old expired subscribers

Hello,

First I want to say that I am very happy of Membership pro , I just migrate form AEC, and it's a lot more simple to set.

So use the migration tools, and Now I noticed that I received warning from mail which Membership pro sends to (very) old expired subscribers.

example of the subject email :

Subject: Your subscription for plan (...) will be expired in 662 days

I check this user and its plan has expired since 03-15-2016

so there is no need to send any email to this kind of customer and beside the subject is wrong, the plan has expired since 662 days.

Have you an idea what's going wrong ?

also : I would like to receive a copy of all email send to customers, How I can do that ?

1. To receive a copy of email, go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin Membership Pro Reminder, click on it to edit. There is a parameter called BCC Email, enter your email there

2 . For sending email to very old expired subscribers, it might happen if you use third reminder emails. Do your plans has third reminder emails enabled? Could you attach a screenshot of reminder settings of your plan so that I can take a look? Yes, we should fix it, just need to make sure I understand your issue correctly
