Changing subscription plan status

Changing subscription plan status was created by Olga
Some of our customers from different counties experience issues with proceeding payments. In such a case, their subscription plan's status is marked as Pending, and these subscribers cannot modify their current subscription and cannot create a new subscription.

Even working on the admin part of the website, there aren't any options to delete such subscription or modify it.

Is there any solutions for this issue?

That's not correct. You can go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, find the subscription record, edit it and change to the status you want

Please check it again and let me know if you need further assist
