Default to Only Plan

Hi,

I only have one plan. On the front end Member Management page, it makes you select a plan before you can add a new member. Is there a change I can make to the 'subscribers/tmpl/default.php' file to make the system default to the only published plan instead of having the manually choose it from the drop-down menu?

This will require small modification to the code (can be implemented using override so that it won't be lost when you update)
