Renewal Fees

When I renew a subscription in the back end admin screen the system appears to renew the subscription at the price previously paid not at the price stated on the membership plan record. This means that I am unable to renew memberships at the new rate. Or am I missing something?

Hi Mike

As replied via support ticket, you can create a new subscription record for that user instead of use Renew button in the toolbar
