subscriber specific download url

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to give users access to a user specific file after they have signed up for a subscription. The file can be downloaded via a user specific url (this mechanism has already been set up). I want to add this url to the user profile/account page automatically after signing up for a subscription.

Do you have any idea how to do this? For instance via the Membership Pro PHP Script plugin maybe? I could upload a file using sftp for each subscriber containing the download url.

I don't think you can send that URL to them, what if they share it with other people?

Is the file big or small? If it is not too big, I think you can use this plugin membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/miscel...loads-manager-plugin to allow users to download the files after they purchase your plan

The file is technically only valid for the customer that is going to use it. Furthermore, the download url expires automatically after some time.

With the solution you suggest we need to manually add that file each time to every new subscription. We would like to automate that process.

Any ideas?

Is the file/download link the same for all subscribers? Or each subscriber will have different file/link?
