Transaction ID not appearing

Transaction ID not appearing was created by Chrystelle
Hello,
For one subscriber, his plan does not appear in the subscriber list. I also noticed that the corresponding Transaction ID data is blank. Which could perhaps explain the problem.
Could I manually put the Transaction ID on track?

Hi

Yes. You can manually put the Transaction ID for the subscription record and save it. However, I don't know why the Transaction ID is blank, did you receive payment for that subscription?

Hello,
The subscription was created manually by the admin. I thought that putting in a transaction ID would perhaps resolve the matter, but it is not the case.
The problem is that this subscriber has no plan attached to his account in the "Subcribers" area (in back-end). Though, every thing looks okay in the "Subscriptions" page where there is a subscription linked to his account. Also, this subscribers cannot access to the subscription management (with subscription history, etc.). Any idea?

I don't have any idea about this issue. In this case, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
