Discount if use offline payment ?

It's possible is user select offline payment to get discount ?

I try to add negating amount on Payment Processing Fee but doesn't work

It is not possible at the moment. However, I think I can help editing the code to allow using negative payment processing fee and it should solve the issue

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can help with this modification
