Cannot update was created by Bill
I have been trying to update my osmembershippro to 3.11.1. In the Joomla backend I try the update facility and get the following message:
"Error connecting to the server: 403" and
"Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=97 ."
When I try to follow the url to download and install manually I get a message:
"Invalid domain
You may not be able to visit this page because of:
an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.
Please try one of the following pages:
Home Page
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below."
Please help.

Hello Bill
Did you configure Download ID? see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/gettin...on#use-joomla-update
Maybe it is better to generate a new Download ID and try again. If the error still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site

Many thanks indeed. I realise that I have been a bit stupid when the solution was in the manual all the time.
