I have current version of Membership Pro properly configured and functioning well. Payments are processed through Moneris. Members are currently renewing their memberships and payments are going through the program without problem. EXCEPT that in two thirds of the cases, the dollar amount of their renewal is showing up in Membership Pro as $0 - ZERO.

The correct payment amount is being processed by Moneris, the renewal memberships are being processed by membership Pro which is changing their expiry date, but only a third of member payments are actually showing in Membership Pro dashboard.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

Hello Michael

I would say that it is a strange issue. To be honest, I have no clue why it happens, if correct payment amount is processed, it should be shown properly in backend

Does this issue happens with all renewals? Do you have a reliable way to re-procedure the issue?

Hi Tuan. Yes, it seems to be happening with all credit card renewals. It does not happen with new credit card subscribers or with any offline payments.

I am not certain what you mean by "a reliable way to re-procedure the issue". Please explain.

It is step by step what we need to do to see the error like you said. Also, could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, check and let me know what's the value of Subscription renewal behavior. Better set it to Create new subscription
