help displaying subscriptions and front end page

Hi there,

I'm having a lot of trouble using Membership Pro. I have created plans but when I create a menu item to display the plans nothing comes up. Second, Where do I access the forms to build a front-end page for users to log in/subscribe with. Thanks in advance

There must be something wrong with the setup of your plans. Please check and make sure:

1. The plans are published

2. The Access of the plans are Public

After that, check it again, the plans should be shown. You can then press on the button to subscribe for the plan and see the fields on form. If you want to change the fields, go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields to change it, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/custom-fields if you want to have full understand of how custom fields work
