Subscribers list not showing

When I go to the Membership Dashboasrd and click on Subscrbers or Subscriptions, no records come up.

I am logged in as a superuser.

In my PHPADmin window, there are 800 records in the jos_osmembership_subscribers table.

My Membership Pro extension is up-to-date.

How do I fix this?

There must be something wrong with the data on your site. Where does that 800 records come from? You imported it? Or users sign up for plans on your site

Please let us know so that we can check it further. You should submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check the data and get it sorted for you
