Paypal Transaction ID not present in Email

Scenario: paypal payment of an annual subscription with setup fee.

The Paypay transaction ID is present in the Joomla admin interface and in the web page displayed to the user after the payment, but it's not present in the email sent to the user.

Checking in the file com_osmembership/view/emailtemplates/tmpl/email.php, I see that's because $row->transaction_id is null when the email is sent.

Can you fix it?

That's strange. If it is being stored and shown in backend, it should be sent in email, too. What version of Membership Pro you are using? Are you using version 2.11.1?

If it is possible, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the form so that we can try it ourself
