Could not verify that you are not a robot.

Hi, if i enable "Registration Integration" in configuration panel, when i go to register to 1 plan after clicking on "Subscribe" i see error: Could not verify that you are not a robot.

I try whit joomla user and CB whit plugine enabled but the problem remain.

The only way to register is disable "Registration Integration" but user can't login because not subscribed

That's strange. I guess it causes by a plugin on your site somehow . You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can see this error

We are going to check and tell you the reason of the error so that you can get it sorted

in K2 configuration, advanced, in Anti-spam Settings, disable: Enable reCaptcha on registration form

That's correct. This issue usually happens if you are using K2 (K2 has a bug in it's system plugin which causes this error)

That was true at the time of that last post (2 years 8months ago), and it appears that it is still true. I started to use K2 last week and I had never seen the "Could not verify that you are not a robot." error message before that time. I disabled "Enable reCaptcha on registration form".

Same here. So I disabled "enable recaptcha on registration form", and yes, it now works. However, I now have a spam registration every 15 minutes or so. Isn't there a real solution for this that I didn't think of? Thanks!

What kind of captcha you are using? Captcha version 2 or Invisible re-captcha? Joomla supports 2 types of captcha, so maybe you should try to switch to one of the two options to see if it works better?
