Hi, I'd like some clarity on the Renewal option for a Plan.

In the plan set-up there is this group of fields:
Enable Renewal: Yes/No
Send First Reminder X days before subscription expired
Send Second Reminder X days before subscription expired
Send Third Reminder X days before subscription expired

Does setting Enable Renewal to "No" disable the option to renew altogether or only disable the automatic email reminders?

The instructions say that putting a negative number in Reminder fields will send an email X days after expiry. Would a 0 send the reminder on the day of expiry or would it not sent a reminder at all?

We want to make sure our system is set-up to allow subscribers to renew when they come to the site but we don't want any email reminders sent out regarding renewal.

Hello Greg

1. Set Enable Renewal to No will disable membership renewal. It doesn't have any affect with reminder emails. So if you want members to renew their membership, you need to set Enable Renewal parameter to Yes

2. If you don't want to send reminder emails, just set Send First Reminder, Send Second Reminder, Send Third Reminder.... to 0 and no reminder emails will be sent
