When creating a menu item, there is no option

for Circle pricing table layout.

Hi Bobby

What version of Membership Pro you are using? Are you using latest version 2.11.1 or still use old version? Please note that that menu option only added from version 2.11.0, so if you are not using latest version, you won't see it

Maybe some kind of css conflict with your site template. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page
