1054 Unknown column 'is_searchable'

HI, I bought this product yesterday, and as I installed I get this error below

" 1054 Unknown column 'is_searchable' in 'where clause' "

I think there is another person who asked the same issue but I couldn't find a good answer through his post.

It seems that I can't really install this extension from the bundled zip.
When I do this, I get the error below

"There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).
Unable to find install package"

Thus, I simply unzipped "com_osmembership.zip" and installed all the small zip files under the folder one by one.
There is no installation error, but "1054 error" happens as I click "membership pro" from components.

The error happens if you don't install the whole script at once. For now, to solve it, please login to administrator area of your site, then access to this URL

domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...p&task=update.update

Please remember to replace domain.com with your site domain in the URL above

After that, the error should be gone

by the way, I am still in the test environment running joomla on my PC's xampp

That's strange and to be honest, I have no clue why the issue happens. Could you please setup your site to a temp server, then give us access to the site (super admin account) so that we can check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted?
