Before I make of mess of things does anyone know I can do the following
Increase the monthly fee to new subscribers but leave my current customer at the current rate?
For example, current customers continue to pay $10 per month and new customers would pay $15.
Thanks!

Just changing the price of subscription plan. If will only affect new subscriptions, existing subscriptions will still being charged the original price of the plan
Basically, subscribers will be charged the price base on price of the plan at the time they subscribe, not depends on the price of the plan which you change after that

I think I am having a similar issue with pricing changes.
I have a new install (two months) and I imported via csv file all my old users. The import included the price they paid in my old system 49.95. in the new system with membership pro I changed the price to 54.95. So when a new person signs up the get charged 54.95 and the invoice reflects the price correctly. But when an existing person renews they get charged the new price but the email that both the admin and user get states the old price 49.95.
Is that because I imported the price they paid 49.95 in the old system and it is in their profile and that is where the email gets the information from?
More importiant how can I fix this? I can go into myphpadmin and remove the 49.95 from the table and leave it blank, or set it to the new price 54.95.
Maybe there is another way?
Eric

Hi Eric
Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Subscription Renewal Behavior, set it to Create New Subscription instead of Update Subscription? That might solve the issue

Tuan
