Paypal Pluggin: how do I make it work?

Hello,

I published the paypal plugin in Membership pro, entered paypal ID in plugin paramaters.
When a user wants to subscribe, the paypal url does show up but paypal says that it is not possible to process the transaction.

What should I do?
On paypal website, they ask whether one wants to choose a commercial partner, create a button or set some API data. Do I have to do that and which option?
If API, where in Membership Pro back-end such information should be filled?

Please help.

That's strange. All you need to do is enter your PayPal account email into os_paypal payment plugin parameter, if it is a live PayPal account, then set os_paypal payment plugin to Live Mode

If it still doesn't work, there might be something wrong with your plan settings. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form so that we can check it
