I managed to translate almost the whole of MembershipPro texts.

I am left with the following sentence - it is the 1st sentence of the subscription form (or sign-up form) after the title:
Please enter information on the form below to process subscription for [NAME OF SUBSCRITPION PLAN]

Where in the system can I translate this sentence?

As answered via other forum topic, you can go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, find the message and change it to meet your need
