Plan Discounts (Generic - Not Coupons)

Hi folks,
is there an option to apply a discount percentage rate to a plan, without having to create a coupon, or to calculate the discounted price manually every time?
I have a number of plans, where the Base Price is the same for all, but the discounted rates on the various plans are different percentages.

I ask this just to keep everything simple.....
For example, if I have lots of plans, with the same base rate price, but a different discount, if I wanted to increase the Base Price(but not the discount rate), I could do just a simple SQL update across the table on the Base Price, without having to go into every plan individually, and recalculate the actual price based on the discount.....

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported. Honestly, I still don't get the idea and don't know if there are other customers need it before looking at it further
