Free trial and entering payment details

Hi guys, thank for the support in advance. I would like to try to set up a plan for monthly payment with a 14 day free trial at the start BUT... where potential customers can go straight to the site on the free trial without entering their payment/ card info at the beginning and only have to do this after the trial period has ended. Is this possible? I can't seem to configure it with all the options available? Many thanks.

This is unfortunately, not possible. If you want to give subscribers trial duration without having to enter credit card information, you will need to create a free subscription plan (remember to set Enable Renewal to No for this plan so that they cannot subscribe to that free plain again when expires)

Then after that free subscription expired, they can upgrade to the paid plan
