1st & Last Name column not showing in Members List

I am running current version of Membership Pro on the site www.usba.net . The columns for first name and last name no longer show in the Members List Menu Item. In order to see the members list a member has to be active and logged in.

I checked the setting in Custom Fields and both fields are set to Show On Members List - YES. I do not know of any other place that controls the display of Members List.

The columns I wish to display are:

First Name. Last Name, Plan, City, State, Subscription End Date, Membership ID. The first two columns are totally missing.

In a previous support ticket you helped me with changes to the display of the membership list. Has anything changed in the latest version that may have affected the display of my list?

Hi Doug

It might causes by the customization. In the latest version, we merge two fields (First Name and Last Name) into single name field, that might be the reason causing the error

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to that page so that I can ask my developer to check it for you

I am having this issue when a group admin shows the list of group members. The group members name column is not being displayed. Just the plan name, a custom field, member ID, and creation date. Shouldn't the group member's name be listed?
