Subscriptions (frm Paypal) stuck on Pending

Thank you for the message. I have never changed anything in my paypal account so I don't know what to change to solve it. Can you help me with this and inform me where to change what? Thanks

I followed these instructions:

There was no URL in step (4), though there must have been at some point as this worked.

That was my problem, hope if fixes yours!

thanks to google I found the section in paypal to change it. My site was changed from http to https some months ago and probably that was the reason.

Hi Tuan - I recently installed the new version of Membership Pro and I'm having a problem with the process stopping and timing out when the user hits "process subscription." I think it's looking for a link to "sign-up." I don't have os_paypal in my plugins and haven't been able to find it. Was os_paypal bundled with the latest MP?

Would os_paypal fix my problem and, if so, please provide a link.

Look like it is a different issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to subscription form

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Hi Tuan,

We've suddenly started receiving this error over the past 24 hours. We had a customer contact us to inform that they couldn't access their account after subscribing. Checked with PayPal and the customer paid the fee but the membership status was stuck on "Pending".

This is hopefully a temporary error on PayPal's part as I have not changed anything.

However, I've done some further research and the IPN inside the PayPal Dashboard is set to "Do not receive....". Should I set it to "Enabled" and, if so, which URL should I enter?

I would say that it is a problem with PayPal issue, we got the same issue with some of the orders in our system in the last 24 hours, too

You can enable it, just enter URL of your site. However, as I said, it is a problem with PayPal system

You're right Tuan, everything is back to normal now. Seems like PayPal has been on the sherry early this year.

Yes, look like it is back to normal, we also don't have problem/issue with our order system anymore
