1054 Unknown clmn is searchable in where clause

Hi

I've downloaded the Membership Pro package and been sent the Zip.

I have followed the instructions and uploaded the ComOSMembership.zip using the Browse for File option as opposed to the drag and drop option (which i have also tried and still get the same error)

The component is showing as having uploaded and I can see Membership Pro in my list of components.

However I get this 1054 message when I click on Membership Pro or any of the sub menu options.

It would appear there is a problem in the zip folder with the package i got sent via e-mail

Could you please advise me as to what I need to do please

Hi Dave

That means the installation was not success for some reason

For now, login to administrator area of your site, then access to this URL domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...p&task=update.update

After that, the issue should be sorted
