Cannot Export

HI Tuan... I am using the latest version 2.11.0 of Membership Pro but we have never been able to Export subscriptions or subscribers. Exporting expired subscriber works.
Can you please help fix our Export of subscriptions and subscribers?

Maybe it is because there are too many subscription records, so the system doesn't have enough memory to process the export?

Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Export Data Format config option, set it to CSV, then try again

If it still doesn't work, before export subscriptions, select a plan from plans dropdown so that the system only export subscriptions from that selected plan to see whether it works?
