Stripe not passing payment info to MemPro

We use MemPro 2.10.2 and the Stripe payment plugin. It has been working well until a couple of weeks ago. For reasons I do not know the recurring payments are being correctly made. However, the successful payment information is not getting back to MemPro. That means the subscription expires.

I will be contacting Stripe as well but it seems this part of the service is not working correctly.

Any suggestions?

My related to Stripe. If you want us to check it:

1. Edit the os_stripe payment plugin, set Log IPN messages parameter to Yes

2. When next payment happens and renewal not success, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check the log to see why it doesn't work

As an update. I opened a support ticket as requested. Tuan was able to track down the issue and get it corrected. I wll be monitoring future transactions to make certain all is functioning correctly

I am just so amazed at the level of support we have with this software and Tuan's skills!

For more information (to other customers), this issue happens with Stripe payment plugin if you have Subscription renewal behavior config option set to Update Subscription (instead of Create new subscription - default behavior)

@John: Please leave the super admin account open. This weekend, when I have some free time, I will check data from database to see whether there are other records from database missing transaction id data, if there is, we will need to find a way to enter correct data for it to prevent this issue from happening again
