Hi Tuan,

As a loyal customer I found my subscription expired on 08-21-2017 20:00:00.
1.Do you not remind us to renew?
2. As loyal customers, do we not receive a renewal discount? you do have a captive market after all, once we have "bought in". We have to pay a further US$39.95 for the next year? Might just as well take a new subscription and confuse things. @Nodiscount for loyalty?
3. I'm thinking version 2.3 doesn't work with Joomla 3.5 and above. Is that correct?

Hi Ian

1. At the moment, we don't remind customers for renewing their subscription. We are going to implement that option in our system in the future. Right now, I still want to focus my next 2-3 months to improve the products itself

2. Honestly, we don't provide discount on renewal at the moment. We try our best to keep the extension price lower that other companies while give longer upgrade duration (others usually provide free upgrade for 3 to 6 months only) with better support (I believe). If you want discount for renewal, I can only give 5$ discount

3. I don't remember exactly. There are incompatible issues, so Yes, you should use latest version instead

I'm with Tuan on this one regarding discounts......

Tuan and the team at OS Solution/JoomDonation do a fabulous job in:
  1. Creating excellent quality components and extensions
  2. Releasing them at the very best price anywhere/li]
  3. Providing us with both general, and customised support which is absolutely outstanding
  4. Constantly seek to update the functionality of all their components

That little list above already represents enough "Discount" for me....... I'm not prepared to quibble about a few dollars on any renewal from these guys.
The alternative is that they could provide a fantastic renewal discount, and reduce the effort they put in to their products and service....

I know what I would prefer, what about you Ian?

Please leave everything just as it is Tuan...... you guys are the best!

I'm totally with Mike at this.
If you have to pay $40 / year, so what. Thats only $3,4 /month it's nothing.
Where I live (Sweden) I can't even get a cup of coffe for that.

Keep the the good job up and leave it as it is.
