ACY integration on expired memberships

Hi Tuan! Isn't there a way to add a user to a mailing list when their subscription expires? And in reverse - remove them from a mailing list if they renew.
I have a mailing list called Renewal - I want to be able to add expired members to that to keep nudging them to renew their membership, if they do, I want them removed from that list.
Is this possible?
