SUbscription Upgrade Query

Hi Newbie question please on set up

I have 4 plans all of which are set to £48 a year BUT you can upgrade from the lower plans to the higher ones for £12 - however when they go to process the upgrade (which shows as £12) it takes them to the upgraded plan and tries to charge the standard plan fee of £48.

What have I set wrongly please...

Hi Dan

I guess it happens because you are trying to upgrade from one plan to a recurring plan. At the moment, it is not possible because the system could not cancel the original recurring subscription using API

So upgrade will only works when you update from one time plan to another one time plan, it is not possible to upgrade to a recurring plan (at least for the moment) yet
