sofort.com payment plugin - active user after paym

Hello!

We're using your plugin for sofort.com payments. It works fine.

The only important thing we need else is, that the users are activated in the moment they place the payment.

How can we do that?

It's very urgent!!

Hi Markus

So you are saying that subscription status is Pending even after payment completed? Could you please make sure:

1. Your site is public/accessible (ie not on offline mode)

2. Go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, click on the plugin to edit and :

- Make sure the Access of the plugin set to Public
- Set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes

After that, run another test. And send me super admin account of your site so that I can check the logs to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
