Invoice not printing Logo Picture

Hi,

I am using on the same website Membership Pro and Events Booking. The invoices format for these two components is identical and I have included the same Logo picture in both Invoice configurations however, while in Events Booking the logo on the pdf invoices is displayed correctly, in Membership Pro it does not show the picture!

Can you please advise what could be causing this issue and what I need to do to fix it?

Hi Adri

Usually, it causes by the formatting of the logo. If you are using a PNG image, please try to change it to JPEG logo and vice versa, then check it again

If the issue still not sorted, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site

You are correct, I was using a png file and changing it to a jpg has fixed the issue. Thank you.

Interesting however that the same png file in Events Booking works fine. So maybe something you need to look at for the future in Membership Pro.

The two extensions actually use the same code base, so maybe the problem is with the logo issue (or the HTML code which is used in the invoice layout)

The most important thing is it works OK now
