latest version issues was created by Renae Weaver

I have had nothing but problems with this latest version of Membership Pro - nothing is working properly in the set up and cannot create and configure plans or create categories and so on. I am at the point of using another product all together.

That's so strange. Maybe there is a conflict with something uses on your site

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted right away

Hi Renae

Checked and figured out the reason of the error (causes by database structure lost auto-increment attribute for some reasons)

I got the issue sorted now by changing structure of database tables, Please go to your site to continue setting it up and let us know if you need further assist
