Registration failed : verification Code not found.

Please go to Users -> Manage, check and make sure Allow User Registration parameter set to Yes, then check it again

If the issue still happens, submit a support ticket so that our developer can help checking it

as you can see in screen capture, allow user registration is set to yes

Oh, OK. I missed it. I guess it happens because you set Auto Login config option to Yes, so when users click on activation link, he is already logged in and it causes the issue

Set Auto Login config option to No, then check it again. It should solve the issue

No, I won't. It is useful in case customers need to have account activated automatically after subscription completed (without the need of manually activation). They paid for subscriptions, so no need for ask them to activate account in some cases

Hi Tuan,

Auto login would be great because it allows users to access restricted content immediately. However Auto login is rendered completely useless if under Joomla user parameters "New User Account Activation" is set to "self" and Auto login is set yes. When the user tries to activate their account they get a message "Registration failed : verification Code not found." We only noticed this because we had many users whose account remained un-activated and few contacted us to say they could not login.

So BEWARE: if under Joomla "New User Account Activation" is set to self and Auto login in Menbership Pro is set to "Yes" then your users will NOT be able to active or access their accounts EVER after the first time, even if they have a valid membership active! An admin must go and activates the user's account manually which renders pointless the validation of the user's email, besides being an extra burden for site admins.

"New User Account Activation" = self / Auto login = NO is the only way it works.

In my opinion Auto Login should not inhibit the activation of the users account.
