Does anyone know what happens if you change when you want the reminder emails to be sent?
If they have already been sent I would like to be assured they arent sent again.
Has anyone done this?

Hi Alan
Not sure exactly what you want to do? I just can tell you that if the reminder is sent to a subscribe before, it won't be sent to that user again
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan
Thats what I want and expected but dont want to change the configuration to find that the members received further reminders. We want to move from 2 reminders before the event (14,7)and one after (-62) to 3 after the event (-21,-42,-62). We allow them about 100 days to renew before we really cut off their access even though the subscription has expired.

Hi Alan
Don't worry. When reminder email is sent for a subscription, there is fields in database table first_reminder_sent, second_reminder_sent, third_reminder_sent to mark the status of reminder as sent , and the system won't re-send anymore (even if you change the setting)
BTW, we don't support negative number for first and second reminder, only third reminder
So you could not use -21, -42 for first and second reminders

Hi Tuan,
Has this improvement been activated yet? Would love to have the flexibility of being able to set +ve or -ve values for all three reminder emails.
Also, can you conform whether an email is sent if the value is zero, or does zero mean do not send an email?
