Renew Page

When I click on the Renew page, it says there are no renew options available for this membership.

What setting do I have to change to allow this?

Are you logged in using an account which has subscribed for a subscription plan? I think it is easier if you submit a support ticket;

1. Sending me super admin account of the site

2. Sending me the account which is used to login and access to renew page

I will check to see why the renew options are not being shown and guide you to correct it
