Hi Tuan.
I have just realised that there is no point to showing the plan options again as the applicant's details are recorded on the database and is shown as "Pending". So if he were to reapply, his email address would be rejected as it is already on the system. So I have simply changed the message to tell him that if he wants to continue with his memberships, he must do an EFT payment and send proof of payment to our secretary and she can change his status to "Active". Otherwise after a month his details will be deleted. Problem solved.
So, no need to respond to my previous post.
Thanks once again for all your help.
Regards,
Bill

Hi Bill
You might want to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set the config option Only create user account when membership active/approved to Yes
By doing that, the account will only be created after subscription approved, so in case payment failed, account won't be created, so you can re-use the email to subscribe again

Hi Tuan,
I received a report from PayFast saying that they are having problems getting payment notifications to our website. I have attached a screen shot of their communication. Please can you help?

Hi Bill
Better submit a support ticket sending us:
1.Super admin account
2. The URL which Payfast send notification to (you need to ask them about it)
I will then check to see what's wrong and modify the payment plugin if needed
