User registration problem.

I am using Easy Profile and OS Membership on my website. The propblem is that registration has stopped working. I get this error after clicking on the register button:

How can I solve this issue?

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to registration form

We are going to check to see why the error happens and get it sorted

I cant give you the access because my client wont to share this information. Is there any other way?

I searched through the code-base and don't see it anywhere the code is called. So maybe you can try to access to My Downloads menu item, re-download the extension from there and upgrade it to your site and check it one more time?
