Recurring Subscription Issue

In my website an user sign up for the first subscription from 21-07-2017 To 21-08-2017. and Recuring happend automatically for 22-08-2017 To 22-09-2017 without receiving payment. Still the account is active. how it's happening i confusing with this issue please help me...!!!

And the Paypal Transaction id of the first subscription ( 21-07-2017 To 21-08-2017 ) is moved to the recurring subscription ( 22-08-2017 To 22-09-2017 ). why the transaction id moved to the second recuring subscription please clarify my doubt in this.. PLEASE HELP ME...!!!

You are saying that no payment received but the subscription still be renewed? I don't see how it could happens. There must be payment received,otherwise, the system won't extend the subscription. Could you please check?

About your second issue (about Transaction ID), how many records you see for that one subscription? Or or two records?

Please let me know so that I can check it further. Better submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site, tell me ID of the two records so that I can check the data to see why it happens and get it corrected
