Does the status update automatically? i simulate an order on paypal. it shows the Thank you message but status still on peding.

Yes. It should be automatically. If it is still Pending, there must be something causing the issue like the site is not public accessible or PayPal IPN is disabled in the PayPal account...

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can take a quick look at your site before checking it further

its wasn.t working because my paypal account was not verified. now works 100% but... i did the plano on august 26 and was active on august 28, but will be expired on august 26 2018 (one year after purchase, should be 1 year after active correct?)

Yes. It should be one year. Normally, the subscription will be active at the date you subscribe and make payment, in this case, it is a special case (payment is approved later, not on sign up date because a problem with your PayPal account)

So for this record, please edit and change subscription end date manually. For future subscriptions, which will be subscribed from now on, it will work OK
