That's strange. I could not re-procedure the issue here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page so that we can check it?
BTW, we plan to force user registration integration in future releases of Membership Pro. That's main purpose of membership pro, users need to have an account on the site so that they can login to renew membership, access to restricted resources...
