Sorry but this option is not supported by the extension. To Download Files manage by Downloads Managers plugin, users will need to access to his profile (or the menu item link to My Documents menu option) to download the files
If you want to send files in email, you will need to customize code of the sendEmails method in components/com_osmembership/helper/mail.php
