Presale question, paper magazine subscription

I have subscribers both to a paper magazine and joomla content. I would like to merge these into Membership pro but I'm unsure if and how Membership would handle the paper magazine subscription.

My magazine has five issues per year but I wouldn't be able to create a subscription based on 1 year from todays date because I can't guarantee that the next five issues are within that time frame. I would instead like to set a number of issues for the subscription and have the option to print all subscribers to a list and have the choice to count one issue down for all exported. Or some other great function I haven't thought of yet, like a drip content setup. I'd really like to hear your respons and tips on a solution. Apart from this Membership pro seems to tick all the boxes.

Honestly, I have no idea to handle it as I don't really know how you handle in real life usage. Membership Pro can only uses to accept payment for subscriptions, restrict access to restricted resources on your site to subscribers

Any other things outside of that concept must be handled outside. I don't understand how paper magazine works, so I could not think of a solution, sorry

We run a print based magazine ( horsemanshipmagazine.co.uk ) and use MembershipPro to sell subscriptions.

We do have fixed time period subscriptions so that's standard. I had a friend write me a (very simple) extension to trigger access to new online issues as they appear, it all works very well.

I used to use a different membership extension. I much prefer MembershipPro.
