Where can i change the location the user is redire

After logging into the site from the front end the user is redirected to the homepage and there is a message that says Error:
You are not authorised to view this resource. Where can i change the location the user is redirected to.?

II found the login redirect in the advanced area of the "Plans" (then select the plan) but it has no effect that i can see.

The question is how users login? Via a menu item or via Joomla Login module?

That's actually handled by Joomla. If you create a menu item to link to users login menu option of Joomla, edit that menu item, there will be parameter to allow control Login Redirect

If you use Login module, it is the same. Edit the menu item, there is Login Redirect menu option to allow control the page users will be redirected to after logging in
