How To - Plans Notification ( Need Guidlines )

Hello,

Probably Simple as 123, but I cannot find the right "ingredient". Need guidelines.

So, here what I need:
After the user subscribes to specific plan:
1. - Admin receives email notifications that he has to approve the user.
2. - The user receives an email notification after admin approve him/her

Hi Mark

I think the simplest way to configure is going to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar

There is a parameter called New User Account Activation, set it to Administrator

Then try to test it again. It should work as expected

Hello, Mr. Tuan,

The ONLY emails are received on user subscription:
- User receives confirmation on specific Plan Subscription
- Admin receives confirmation on user subscription on specific Plan Subscription

Admin DO NOT receive an email to approve the user.

Note: User cannot be synchronized with Joomla 3.7.4 user component.
I delete all users in Joomla user and Membership Pro / Subscribers and try to subscribe the user via frontend. Same result described above.

There should be two separate emails sent:

1. One from Membership Pro

2. One from Joomla core users component (to inform users about the account)

Maybe there is something not correct with your setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to subscription form so that I can have my developer to check it for you on tomorrow morning

The whole Plans Notification was trigger by the wrong settings.
Thanks to Tuan time, expertise and support everything it's working perfectly now.
